Return Authorizations

Check this box to show all RMAs.  This box is normally unchecked so only the open returns are shown in the upper table.

Return Header

This table lists the RMAs entered by customer.

Print

There are various reports that can be printed from the the Return tables.

Return Product

This table shows the product to be returned.

General Information

The RMA number is automatically created. RMA Date defaults to today's date.  The reason can get selected from the reason table or entered on the fly.   Once the customer is chosen you can select the related order.

Status

All orders start off as pending when first entered.  To print a refund and create a credit the order must be Open. 

Address and Tracking

Enter an address to pick up the product.  This may be different than the location the product was sent to.

Products and Other Information

Use the action Buttons below the table to enter new products.  As an option you can right click on the table to select an action. 

Return Reason

Enter or select from popup table the reason for the return.

Restocking Fee

The restocking fee can be calculated based on a $ per unit of measure charged to the customer.  Press the calculate button to show the fee in the restocking fee field below.

Select Product

Select the product from the product table or link it to the customer's order.

Quantity and Pricing

Enter the quantity to be returned and refund price.  A fixed restocking fee can be subtracted.  If a $/UOM was entered above it will show in the restocking fee.

Standard packaging entry used in all product tables.  See packaging for details.
