PRODUCT PRICING CALCULATOR

The product pricing calculator is used to set product pricing at various levels. The top table is the list of products entered with a summary of results. This table can be sent to an Excel sheet using the Send To: Calculator List.

	Pricing Summary Table
	The top table is the list of products entered with a summary of results. This table can be sent to an Excel sheet using the Send To: Calculator List.

	Price Expenses
	These are the expenses added to the highlighted product from the upper table.

The entry form for pricing is shown below.

	Product
	Any product name can be added in this area.

	Basic Information
	Fill in the date range for the pricing, ship from location, base quantity for expense calculation and transfer cost. The date entered is automatically filled in.

Expenses

The expense can be added in $/base quantity from section 2, and amount per unit of measure or a percent of the transfer price.

The list position selection determines in what order the expenses are added to the calculation

	Cost Multipliers
	The cost multipliers are used to create the calculated prices. The formula is the expense to add is added to the transfer price and multiplied by the cost multiplier from section 4.

	General Markup
	This price is calculated like the cost multiplier table but can be any %.

	Calculated Prices
	Pressing the button updates the prices based on the entered expenses (section 3) and the multipliers from section 4.

DISTRIBUTOR ONLY These product prices can be transferred to the customer pricing by choosing the template and updating the customer Primary Pricing.


	The pricing table can be filled in from the product pricing calculator.

Select the template using the icon to pop up the templates. Select a template and update the primary pricing table using the button.
