Uptime (when the Naviteer program is available) is dependent on several factors.

•One of the most important is the network availability. This is a link to network uptime on the Naviteer Hostek server.

•Another factor is Naviteer program maintenance and upgrades. We try to schedule updates and upgrades during weekend and late night hours. These updates generally take just a couple minutes to complete and would be hardly noticeable by the normal client user.

•The final factor is uptime of client Internet connection and workstation failures. This is not a factor that Naviteer can fix.
