adding e-signature to your document
Many documents in Naviteer are printed in a PDF format. For example when printing a sales memo or invoice from the order screen the print goes to your client computer in PDF format.
The print screen looks like this...

After pressing the print button the print will be transferred to your client computer through the Universal Printer driver.

If you have Adobe PDF (or a similar PDF program) installed on your computer the printout will open in the program linked to PDF files. Sometimes a PDF program is not associated and the file will open in your browser.
In Adobe PDF:

Request an e-sign, add email addresses, specify where to sign and send the document.
Below is where we added the signature to the signature line already on the document.

Now press send.
