Sometimes you may get a response from your browser that it can't find the login page. 

 

This is probably due to being locked out of the server.  The TS Plus Advanced Security includes a Brute Force attack lock out.  If a user attempts to login to the server for on 10 or more attempts the security software will lock the user out.  The IP address of the user is logged into our server and has to be released to login. 

 

Should you be in this situation, type hostek.com/ip into the URL of your browser and let us know the resulting IP address so, we can release it.
