Table Tagging

Tagging on a table provides the ability to run the same function on multiple records. For example, on the Customer Orders table records can be tagged for posting orders to Accounts Receivable. Tagging of a order can be done using a menu option or directly on the table. The menu below allows tagging of multiple records that have been filtered in the table.

If the table has not been filtered and the menu tag is pressed the program will caution that a filter must be applied to the table to tag all.

To tagged individual records click in the Tag column of the record to mark.

For the table shown above the tagged orders can be used to Create Active Orders.

For the table below the menu item indicates it functions with tagging.
