Contact Types
A contact type can be assigned to each company. There in no limit in the different types of of contacts entered. Only one can be assigned to each company.

The type column in Prospects and Customers shows the Contact Type assigned to the company. This contact type can be used to filter (with a search) which companies appear in the Prospects and Customer table.
