If you get a black screen when accessing the website to login. Do the following:

•Clear the cache and recent history in your browser, then access https://www.naviteer.com again.

•Another solution might me to login directly to login.naviteer.com. A login form should pop up similar to what is shown below.

•Another reason may be that the login goes over the limit of allowable users.
