Login Screen Setup and Use

Naviteer Programs can run in a cloud based environment or on a dedicated local SQL server.

Cloud Based Programs

Cloud based Naviteer programs are available as a subscription for your company. There are two editions of the Food Sales Management Software (FSMS), Broker and Distributor. In the cloud environment, you can access your data anywhere an Internet connection is available. Visit our website for more information www.naviteer.com.

The cloud installation (like the local server install) allows the access based on the number of concurrent licenses purchased. If the company purchases 5 licenses and a 6th user tries to login they will not be able to access the program until another license is purchased or one in use is released to the new user.

All users are registered in an Microsoft Server Active Directory database. The company is supplied with the administrator to create new users for the system. The administrator can create more users than allowed by the concurrent licensing. As mentioned above, if all the concurrent licenses are in use an additional user login will be denied until another license is available. A register user will automatically be able to access the program without a specific login to the Naviteer program. Authorized access to the TS Plus server logs the user into the Naviteer program.
