Email
Setting up the email system is very much like the systems used in most major emailing programs.
This service can use a company wide setup for all users or individual setups. The email that arrives in the recipients email program will be sent using the options setup in this area.
As long as the users have an email address on the email server specified it will go to the receiver from a specific person as sender. An email address for the sender MUST be setup in hte user configuration to send emails. Many large email servers like Gmail and Outlook require a sending email address to receive the email.

For and individual email setup the same information above would be entered at the user level.

Fax
To fax we recommend the use of an email fax service. These services use assigned fax numbers to send a document to a fax machine or email address. Enter the fax number in the Fax service to Email Suffix field. The www.myfax.com button will open up myfax to understand how these services work.
Misc.
Auto format will include the Customer Name, Customer PO# and Ship Date on document automatically.
Include myself as a recipient will email a copy of the document (i.e. Sales Order) to your email box.
Ask for Email will pop up a message to add your email address if it is missing when you sign in.
Template Defaults
A Template can be automatically used when these documents are emailed/faxed. Just select from the populated list. When pressing hte magnifying glass this list for selection pops up. See Email/Fax Templates for more info.
