Canceling a Posted Order

A posted order has to be unposted before it can be canceled. Posted orders can't be changed in the system since, they are already posted to Accounts Receivable. Naviteer has provided a two step option to delete and cancel an order.

The selected order below is a completed order. To cancel it the order has to be unposted using the Unpost Broker Order (1) menu item. Next, the order can be canceled using the Cancel/Reopen (2) menu item.
