Error keeps appearing after fix

 

 

 

 

Error Reappears

 

An error in the program may be fixed but, it keeps appearing after the fix.  Since Naviteer runs on a browser it is sometimes hindered by browser features.  One such feature is the browser save time by caching web pages to provide faster response.  This feature may hinder the operation of Naviteer.  The old page is cached and a new page that has been fixed may not be opened due to the old cached page opening.  To open the new page the cache and /or history in the browser should be cleared.  To do this in various browsers see below.

 

Chrome - Open menu at far right of browser window.    A menu open up where you choose setings.  In settings choose Security and Privacy.

 

 

Choose Clear browsing data and clear the history and cache.

 

Firefox - Open menu at far upper right of screen.    Go to History and Clear recent history ...  The following form should pop up to clear hte cache and history.

 

 

Edge - Open menu ... go to Settings > Clear browsing data .

 

 

You may want to clear data for the last day or so if this is a recent issue.

 

Brave - Open the menu at the top right of the browser. 

 

Go to Settings > Security and Privacy > Clear browsing data

 

 

You may want to clear for the last day or so if the issue is recent.
